A two-year field program that carried through an acquisition.
MoonLight built and ran the company’s event program, then was retained to help the acquiring organization continue the work.
What MoonLight built.
The program combined conferences, community, partner activations, executive engagement and sales follow-up. It replaced a calendar of separate events with a repeatable way to choose, run and measure field investments.
More than $30 million in ARR influenced
The annual program budget remained below $700,000. The result came from concentrating spend around the ecosystems and accounts most relevant to the business.
Retained after the acquisition
The acquiring organization kept MoonLight involved to support the combined field program. The strategy, relationships and operating knowledge were valuable beyond any one conference.
A good field program becomes part of how the company goes to market. It gives sales a repeatable way to engage the market and gives leadership a clearer basis for deciding where to invest.
